......Gravitational extrusion with glacial acetic acid coagulation and stretched vulcanization

Our 20,000 M2 Plant is situated
in Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate
of Thailand, which is merely 50 KM
Southwest from the capital city, Bangkok.
Our Wastewater Treatment Plant
ensures that our discharging wastewater conforms with the standard set by the
Thai government, making LONGTEX an environmentally friendly manufacturer.
Housed in our Mahachai Plant are 8 extrusion lines which employ the continuous curing method heated by conventional steam boilers.
High capacity compounding and
maturation tanks enable our production
crew to handle large turnovers with a consistent quality at ease.
All the chemicals for our compounding
are carefully prepared in-house into
either dispersions or emulsions, which
are later added to natural rubber latex selected from designated rubber plantations in Thailand.
Our 200-end extrusion lines have given
us the flexibility to cater for customers' needs of different sizes, ends, and colors.
Proper cooling of the ribboned rubber threads is essential in the production
of our latex extruded rubber thread.
With the latest computerized
festooning equipment, LONGTEX's
extruded rubber threads are packaged to withstand compression as well as vibration.
Our 24-hour QA/QC staffs
work hard to keep the quality in check.
Combining PLC, SCADA, and LAN,
our extrusion process is closely
monitored and controlled by our engineers.
In-house engineering helps to keep
our hardware investment down, which is translated into savings for our customers.
Just-in-time delivery is possible
thanks to our responsive ordering
system and our flexible production facility.
